In continuation to earlier notice dated Nov 20, 2021, the schemes of Principal Mutual Fund shall stand transferred to and form part of Sundaram MF on and from the close of business hours on Dec 31, 2021.
| In accordance with above - |
- Sundaram Trustee Company Ltd. will take over the trusteeship of the Principal MF schemes from Principal Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd.
- Sundaram Asset Management Company Ltd. will take over the rights to manage the Principal MF Schemes from Principal Asset Management Pvt. Ltd. and becomes the investment manager of Principal MF Schemes.
- Principal Financial Services Inc., USA [acting through its wholly owned subsidiaries Principal Financial Group (Mauritius) Ltd. and Principal International India (UK) Ltd.] shall cease to be the sponsor of the schemes of Principal MF and Sundaram Finance Ltd. shall assume the sponsorship on account of their transfer into the fold of Sundaram MF.
The changes to the schemes mentioned in notice dated Nov 20, 2021, shall also come into effect on and from the close of business hours on Dec 31, 2021.
Insta Redemption Facility in Sundaram Money Fund will be temporarily discontinued post 3:00 PM on Dec 30, 2021, on account of the said merger until further notice.
