Medium Duration Mutual Funds - Regular Dividends

 As name suggests, Medium Duration Funds are open-ended Debt schemes which invests in money market instruments which has Macaulay duration of three to four years.

Medium Duration MFs have a higher maturity than overnight funds, liquid funds, ultra-short duration funds, low duration funds, money market funds, and short duration funds but lower maturity than medium to long duration funds and long duration funds.

Recommended Period: 3 - 4 Years

Category Returns: 3% to 8%


Most of Medium duration funds gives either Fortnightly or Quarterly IDCW (Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal), but as per convenience sake, I calculated on Monthly basis choosing the best Funds:
