Quick Ratio

Quick Ratio aka Current Ratio is an indicator of a company’s short-term liquidity position.

Quick Ratio = Current Assets/Current Liabilities

Current assets do not include inventory and prepaid expenses.
Assets and liabilities included in the quick ratio are those that can immediately be converted into cash easily.

A quick ratio of 1:1 is considered ideal for a company.
